Over the next week, The Scholars’ Avenue will be talking to various people in the administration and among the students to figure out what kind of progress BC Roy hospital has made in providing quality medical care to the campus residents. For an update at the beginning of the semester read Page 4 of our August 17, 2009 issue.
If you have questions to ask, issues to raise, or a story that concerns faulty medical care, comment on this post and we will ensure that your questions are answered.

B.C. Roy still is much the same as it was before 6 months. In the just ended month of September, I had serious cough and cold. I went to the hospital for consulting the doctor.
He suggested me many medicines. Some 4 if I correctly remember. I used those medicines for 4 days but then, there was no improvement in my cold. I stopped using them and then the very next day, I was feeling much better. Recently, two of my friends had fever. Then went to B.C.Roy hospital and were immediately admitted. They were there for 1 week or so but their condition instead of improving worsened. Then, they were told to go to Calcutta. Ultimately, both had to go to their respective homes for treatment.
